Fit Smoothie with Peanut Butter and Jelyap

Are you ready to prepare a delicious smoothie after exercise? If your answer is yes, let's roll up our sleeves!

Ingredients:

2 Pieces of Jelyap Leaf Gelatine

1 medium banana

1 glass of milk

1 teaspoon of cocoa

1 tablespoon of heaping peanut butter

Preparation:

Soak the Jelyap Leaf Gelatines in cold water and squeeze out the water. Then, slice the banana and process it in a blender with a glass of milk, a teaspoon of cocoa, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and the Jelyap Leaf Gelatines. Process your smoothie until it is entirely smooth and pour it into a glass. If you wish, you can decorate it with coconut.
